Collected personal data

We collect your data when you send us this data on your own initiative:

  • by completing the contact sheet on our website,
  • by sending us an e-mail,
  • by contacting us by phone, during a visit to our site or within your company (exchange of business cards or any other document)

Processing of personal data - purposes

“Personal data” is the data you provide to us to identify you as a contact person.

We process your personal data that are necessary for the correct execution of the services we offer.

Personal data shall be processed by Euroterminal SA for the following purposes:

  • Ability to provide you with information about the services we offer and be able to match them to your business needs.
  • Begin a business relationship with you, your company, enter into and maintain a contract for services or offers of services, and allow them to be executed through the care of Euroterminal or through subcontractors.
  • Ability to invoice, track and collect these invoices through third parties or not;

Sharing of personal data

Euroterminal SA can exchange personal data processed with parent and sister companies and subsidiaries within the group.

In addition, personal data may also be shared with partners, suppliers and subcontractors where processing by such third parties is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the proposed services.

If your authorisation is legally required or if we consider that your authorisation is appropriate in the circumstances, we will always ask you for it before sharing your personal data or transmitting it to a country outside the European Economic Area.

All requests should be sent to privacy@euroterminal.be. An acknowledgment of receipt of this request will be confirmed by sending an email with the contact person within Euroterminal who will manage your request or follow up. A follow-up will be given to the application no later than 2 months after the request.

Security Measures

Euroterminal makes every effort to secure your personal data optimally against illicit use. Appropriate measures are taken, both technically and organisationally, to ensure an adequate level of security

If the data is communicated to third parties, Euroterminal SA agrees with these sub-contractors that they also optimally secure personal data.

Access to the Client Area on our site is done in a secure manner by a dedicated user name and password whose client is solely responsible for the use.
